These drawings are a continuation of my investigation of mark making, accumulation and dispersion. In these ink-on-paper drawings, I consider elements that defy restriction and populations that, despite attempts, will not be constrained. In the Covid era these have taken on new significance, suggesting air-borne material that ignores borders, boundaries, and imposed limits.
