THE WES ANDERSON COLLECTION is built around a set of thoughtful essays and extended interviews between author Matt Zoller Seitz and the iconic filmmaker. It overflows with stills, behind-the-scenes shots, props and ephemera from Anderson’s first seven features as well as illustrations created by Max Dalton for each film. As part of the design strategy, I took the title “collection” literally and imagined sets of stamps and cards that an Anderson character might well be obsessively collecting.
